I Found out about it from regularly using the Skin Success Deep Clean Astringent formula without Anti-Dark Spot. Its been my Go to Product for giving me a thorough pre-Cleaning for my Face and Body. To Even out my Skin Tone as well. But Specifically the Dark Spot Corrector/ Anti-Dark Spot Formula was designed to Target the problematic dark spots caused by Acne , and in my Case evening out my Complexion after an Eczema Flare up. My Routine is Just not Complete without it.! Will be ordering more , as I don't like to Run out of it. Thank you Palmer's!

still observing 0 people found this helpfuli have been using this toner for about 2 weeks and I recently noticed some rush like on my fore head and chin. not sure if its caused by it though so am yet to see if this continues. otherwise it makes my skin feel so soft and clean which makes me love it.
