Company Policy
1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with or accepting delivery from BarberSalon.com (“Company”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms exclusively govern all sales transactions between BarberSalon.com and the Customer.
Any attempt by the Customer to alter, supplement, or amend these terms shall be deemed void. BarberSalon.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them each time you place an order or accept a delivery.
2. General Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (No Exchanges). Because we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the restocking fee is applied, any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
If a customer refuses delivery or a shipment is returned due to a failed delivery, a 20% restocking fee will also apply.
We will pay return shipping costs only if the product is defective or the return is a result of an error made by BarberSalon.com.
3. Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Returned products must be in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, odor-free, and in original packaging), with tags, netting, and all accessories intact.
If a product is deemed ineligible for return, the customer may request that it be shipped back at their expense. Items left unclaimed after 30 days will be disposed of.
4. Return Period
- U.S. Continental Customers: 30 calendar days from receipt date.
- Military Customers: 35 calendar days from receipt date.
5. Ineligible Products for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Sanitary items: face masks, razors, shears, combs, brushes, liquids, blades, guards, aerosols, chemicals, clothing items (capes, jackets, vests, etc.) unless a manufacturer defect is verified.
- Discontinued or clearance items, pre-orders, combo deals, “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promotions.
- Used or altered products: any trimmed, cut, feathered, or scented items, or items missing packaging, tags, or inner tissue paper.
- Care products, liquids, batteries, tools, special or wholesale orders.
6. How to Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend:
- Using a carrier that provides tracking.
- Insuring your package or declaring its full value.
BarberSalon.com is not responsible for loss or damage of returned goods during transit if tracking or insurance is not used.
7. Out-of-Stock / Backorder Items
If an item is out of stock, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded. No exchanges will be processed for backordered items.
8. Payment Methods
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal, Amazon Pay, Wire Transfer
- Pre-paid company check, cashier’s check, or money order
Fax and C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders are not accepted.
9. Shipping Information
All orders require 24–72 hours for processing before shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
- USPS Priority Mail : Delivery within 2 to 5 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order. (For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island customers)
- USPS Priority Mail Express : 1 – 2 Business Days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
- USPS Ground: 3–10 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
- UPS 2-Day / 3-Day / Next Day available within U.S.
- APO/FPO orders are ship out via USPS. Delivery will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks + 24-72 hours to process the order.
Notes:
- USPS delivers on Saturdays, not Sundays.
- UPS does not deliver on weekends.
- Express shipping is not available to PO Boxes or Military addresses (it will downgrade to Priority Mail and refund the difference).
10. Free Shipping Policy
- Applies only to items marked “Free Shipping.”
- Applies only to the continental U.S. (excludes PO Boxes, HI, AK, VI, PR, APO/FPO).
- Orders containing non-eligible items will incur standard shipping fees.
Additional Offer: Orders of $100 or more qualify for $10 off shipping. If the shipping fee exceeds $10, customers only pay the difference.
Free shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
11. Lost or Stolen Packages
BarberSalon.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. Customers should track shipments and ensure delivery locations are secure. We will assist customers in investigating any missing package cases.
12. Wrong or Incorrect Item
If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong color, length, or model):
- Contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
- Email photos of the incorrect item to our customer service team.
Once verified, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (UPS or USPS). Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If the incorrect item is not received within 30 days, the return label will be voided.
13. Physical Damage Policy
Products that are physically damaged, altered, or missing packaging will void the return policy. Such items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
14. Changing or Cancelling an Order
Orders are processed electronically and may enter fulfillment immediately after purchase.

If the order has not shipped, a refund will be issued. If it has already shipped, the standard return policy applies.
15. Product Warranty
BarberSalon.com is a distributor only and does not manufacture the products it sells. All warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer. BarberSalon.com disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Customers must seek warranty service directly from the manufacturer.
16. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, BarberSalon.com’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product sold. We are not liable for:
- Third-party damages
- Loss of business or revenue
- Delays, interruptions, or lost shipments beyond our control
17. Product Listing Accuracy
BarberSalon.com strives for accuracy in all product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications. However, errors may occur. If an item is listed incorrectly (e.g., wrong price or description), BarberSalon.com reserves the right to cancel or correct the order.
