It was great.. until 0 people found this helpfulBought this last year and was super happy with it. I purchased this from my hairdresser and I have had babyliss flat irons before and never had any issues. Recently the coating has started to come off the plates. I have been using flat irons for years and know how to take care of them. Never had this issue with a babyliss before. Unfortunately, my warranty from being purchased is over and now I have a 160 dollar flat iron I can't use.

Love This Flat Iron 0 people found this helpfulI happen to love this flat iron. I am a hairstylist and business owner and I happen to be using this flat iron at my salon and have been for many years. I feel that if you take care of your tools they will be good to you. P.S. I read another post and noticed the pics and how scratched up the plate was. I have never seen that happen before. I am a still a faithful user of babyliss flat irons.
