Good iron but defective 0 people found this helpfulI bought this flat iron because of its amazing reviews. I used it for a week and it stopped working, I originally got it from Ulta so i went and got it exchange. Maybe it was just one that had a default. It’s been no more then 4 months and the flat iron stopped turning on again im truly disappointed and hope I could get another exchange as this flat iron is not cheap!
