A SUPER PRODUCT WITH SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! 0 people found this helpfulThis purchase, the Wahl Finale, is for my son. He is actually the one that introduced me to Wahl. I have had at least 3 or 4 Shavers and have been most pleased with them. The Shave itself is close & comfortable. The shaver is super easy to maintain. My son's came with a really nice travel bag and mine from a year or two ago did not. I would recommend that this be automatically included with your more expensive shavers. Also, the charging cord is pretty heavy duty, which is nice, but is a bit cumbersome for travel. Thank you for making such a fine product, for your great customer service (had a problem with a new cutter bar last year and it was quickly replaced) and for reading my comments.

A year later 3 people found this helpfulThe battery lasts forever. I think I've only charged it twice in a year. I use it for the intended purpose: I shave with a Norelco and finish with the Wahl. I've kept the film and blade well oiled and have found no trouble with foil breaking or anything else. Still the closest thing I've ever used.

Does what it says. 2 people found this helpfulIt's basically a motor, a battery, a switch and a blade in an old school plastic housing that holds a foil. The foil will break if you breath on it so oil is essential. However, replacements are cheap and I've never found anything else in 50 of electric shaving that will remove that last bit of stubble when my other shavers are done. So stock up on foils; that's the price you pay.
