Good clipper with one problem! 1 people found this helpfulI like the look and feel of this clipper. It cuts good not the best though. The problem I see with the clipper is the cutting blade. The teeth are too deep so it collects a lot of hair which finds its way into the clipper. I work in a shop where I cut a lot of straight hair, fine and course, and I'm constantly having to stop and brush hair off of the cutting blade which gets to be annoying. If they could fix that issue than these would definitely be in my top 5.

Almost great 0 people found this helpfulPros: - Feel: The indents on the front and back are wonderful. The balance is very nice. - Power: For a cordless clipper, the brushless motor performs nicely. Cons: - Blades cannot be zero gapped. Tried different blades and I believe it's due to the length of the metal springs which go into the cutting blades. If they extended farther, blades can be zero gapped properly to remove bald lines. - Power switch: On/Off direction bugs me and it takes more effort than usual to turn on/off. Could have been done better. - Body: I did not expect the back housing to be plastic. Not a deal breaker, but a surprise from an otherwise nicely built product. - Guards: Included guards are not fire. I'd pay more for bundled premium guards. This makes the company look bad.

It has a very traditional feeling when i’m holding it, but packed with new specs. I’m a huge fan of the wedge blade on here. It does well for detailing my cuts clean for my clients which is very important to me. Great job Babyliss!! (Also, get the new premium guards for this. You won’t be disappointed)

Almost there Babyliss! 0 people found this helpfulThis is almost the endgame clipper. It really does it all. Its powerful, lightweight, ergonomic, quiet, superb build quality. Not really a fan of the wedge blade though so I had to buy a Gold FX taper blade separately which was pricey. The only gripe I have and the reason I can NOT give it 5 stars is because the power switch is atrociously designed. Using the clipper all day long gets uncomfortable as the switch will make your thumb raw. Other than that though, it’s almost perfect!

Great for erasing guidelines 0 people found this helpfulI cut my own hair. I can see why the wedge blade can be a fade blade and a taper blade. It does a great job removing bulk and doing fades. I like how this clipper removes guidelines and cleaning fades. It sounds loud when I used a 1-close while doing a taper. It does feel a little heavy, but it is very manageable.
